Step 1 of the process
Apps Rules Configuration (under 'Organizations Automation') in Jira settings
2nd Step
Click '+Add Rule' and fill in the Project, Organization, and Domain forms to create a new rule.
Example:
After you've added all of the rules, click 'Save.'
