The plugin can only be configured by JIRA Administrators that have access to the JIRA Service Desk Application.

Existing clients can be added to Organizations based on the rules that have been set up:

GEC APPs > Manage Existing Customers > image2019-2-27_14-7-34.png

After clicking the 'Map Customers' button in this example, all existing customers with the domain 'gmail.com' will be added to the 'Gmail' organization.
